Yes I Have a Problem
I got a little carried away with ordering pepper seeds for next year. But in my defense, peppers grow very well here, and after trying our first hot sauce with roasted Serranos, I was hooked. I thought it would be nice to try mole and the boys might like the milder ones and why not try to make our own Cholula with Pequin and Arbol and we could ferment and and and... So that's how I ended up ordering these peppers from Refining Fire Chiles and Southern Exposure Seed Exchange.
