Vegetable Garden Plan for 2018
In the process of planning for 2018. We are going to try the Garden Mats, hopefully, they work as well as the reviews claim. Next week we will order 20 yards of leaf mulch, only going to add an inch or two on the veg garden this year. Lasts year's application broke down beautifully, fingers crossed this does the same. Going to hold off on the sunken edging and keep using I Must Garden Vole and Mole Repellent, that seemed to work well and is quite a bit cheaper. Not to mention the application is a whole lot easier. We may try to cover the tomatoes with netting to keep the squirrels off. We are also going to do the chicken wire surround again, but make sure to get the 1" hole opening. By the end of the season, the bunnies realized they could fit through, buggers. Here's a link to the layout and seeds we will be planting this year.
Going to start seeds in the next few weeks, here's hoping spring comes soon. I am tired of store-bought vegetables. Yes, I am spoiled.
